Canelo Alvarez’s ferocious punches leave the blogger pissing blood

Canelo Alvarez has left a blogger peeing blood after pounding him with brutal punches ahead of his lightweight title challenge against undefeated star Dmitry Bivol next month.

The unified world super middleweight boxing champion stepped into the ring with blogger Large as he enters the final weeks of preparation ahead of his return to lightweight at T-Mobile Arena on May 7.

Visiting the Mexican at his US training base in San Diego, Large put on a seatbelt and allowed the 31-year-old to punch him in the stomach several times – during which he said he could end up urinating blood over the next few days. .

This ironic prediction has become a disturbing reality according to the Large social media channelwho posted a snap and a toilet with reddish liquid just a day later.

Large had said after being hit by the first body shot, “Is this full speed? This is fucking terrible, I’m gonna cough up blood.”

Before captioning the following upload: “Thank you, @Canelo.”

Although most of the Barstool blogger’s followers were horrified, others pointed out that his upload took place on April Fool’s Day, calling into question his authenticity.

With his attention now turning to his career, Canelo returns to light-heavyweight in a bid to win the WBA belt from undefeated Russian Bivol.

Canelo fought in the top division once in 2019 to defeat Sergey Kovalev, before going on to unify the super middleweight division with victories over Callum Smith, Billy Joe Saunders and most recently Caleb Plant.

Super middleweight king Canelo Alvarez returns to light heavyweight

Asked by Bad left hook if Canelo is the best opponent he has ever agreed to fight, 19-0 Bivol said: “Of course he has good power, he has good skills, but most people think of him as if he was untouchable or unstoppable, or he has enough power to beat super heavyweights.

“Sometimes it’s funny to hear about him from people.

“First of all he’s a good fighter but he’s a man and he had a loss and a draw – that means if you believe in your skills, if you’re a good boxer, you could make him one more loss.”
