– Incorporate two cups of basmati rice in a little oil, then add 3 and a half cups of water, and a pinch of salt. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan and let stand for 20 minutes.
– Take two Lebanese breads and cut them into small pieces and fry them in hot oil. Then, take them out on absorbent paper and sprinkle the bread with a little sumac.
Pour 3 cups of yogurt (about half a kilo) into a bowl, then a quarter cup of flour, a large spoonful of lemon juice, a small spoonful of minced garlic and a pinch of salt (caution: the sauce must be thick and cold).
Peel and clean half a kilo of prawns then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
Place the butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat, until melted. Add shrimp; cook 3-4 minutes.
In the server:
Put fried bread
A little yogurt sauce
A few prawns
The rest of the yogurt sauce
The rest of the prawns
Prepare the stew and put it on the prawns.
For the stew
