Kilkenny blogger Sinead De Butléir has married her fiancé Eamonn McGinley in a sunny Spanish wedding.
The couple said “yes” in front of 124 guests in the picturesque resort of Nerja on the Costa Del Sol.
They made things official with a ceremony at the church before moving on to the evening reception at an old-style boutique hotel nestled in the hills of the city.

Sinead told RSVP Live: “I was looking forward to meeting Eamon after walking up the aisle, that was the part I was most looking forward to. That said, I was the most nervous going up the aisle. ’cause I knew that was when the emotions were going to hit.
“I’m the first in my family, of three daughters, to get married and this was the first time my dad had the chance to walk someone down the aisle.
“In general, I like the idea of having a great vacation with all my family and friends. It has been a great achievement for me.
“I feel like we can celebrate a little longer because the wedding is in Spain because we are together a few days before and after the wedding.
The bride wore a dress from Love Ellie Bridal in County Cavan.
The fitted strapless dress features a long shimmering train and detailed embellishments. And her simple veil draped over the train at the back of the dress.
Sinead, who was previously a Rose of Tralee finalist, said: “I wanted to go for something glitzy and glamorous because the wedding is taking place in Spain and I wanted to match the sunshine there.
“When I picked it out, I wanted it to work with the lighting and the brightness of the sky. I wanted what I was wearing to adapt to the sunnier climate and catch the light.
“Amazingly, the style I chose in the end was the one I initially avoided when I started shopping. It was the complete opposite of what I had in mind.”
Unlike many bloggers and influencers these days, Sinead opted for just one dress on the day, but wore a second on the second day.
She said: “My idea of having two dresses on the same day is that if you love your dress enough, you really wouldn’t want to take it off.
“I really like my dress, but I wanted to be super glamorous for day two. Day two is another big party for us and our guests.
“I again incorporated more sparkle to stay in the sunny mood of Spain. My first dress is so fitted that I was aware of dressing casual for the second day.
“I had it altered to put a slit in the front of the dress and we took the train.”
Before the wedding, guests flew to Spain last weekend to make the most of the pre-wedding entertainment.
Sinead said: “Eamonn is from Donegal so a lot of people came from there. Most people came last Saturday.”
Sinead walked down the aisle while Eamon’s niece sang “She Moved Through the Fair” and their first dance was to Etta James’ classic “At Last.” The newlyweds wanted a daytime Irish vibe and they used Christy Moore songs and the Psalm was sung as Gaeilge.
The Dublin-based nurse has also brought in a number of Irish vendors, including celebrity make-up artist Yvonne Maher and famed photographer Peter Carvill, to help create her perfect day on the Costa Del Sol. Yvonne recently made up the wedding of Niamh De Brún and TJ Reid and that of Jess Redden and Rob Kearney.
There were a few other familiar faces that day, including Instagram star Rosie and Dott and former Rose of Tralee contestant Siobheal Nic Eochaidh, who were both Sinead’s bridesmaids that day.
